TIME AWAY

  • 10+ paid holidays, including: New Year’s Day, MLK Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Day before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas. Employees can swap the days before and after Thanksgiving for any other religious observance.
  • 15 days PTO – can roll over and accrue up to 22.5 PTO days
  • 10 sick days – can roll over and accrue up to 22.5 sick days
  • Bereavement and military leave
  • Family and parental leave plans running concurrently with your state’s benefit:
    • Parental Leave: Up to 12 weeks paid after 12 months’ service
    • Family Leave: 2 weeks paid at 60%; 10 weeks unpaid
